Kelvin Seow is a Licensed Electrical Worker, duly registered with the Energy Market Authority (EMA) of Singapore, who brings over four decades of distinguished experience in the execution and management of large-scale MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and construction projects across Asia. His professional portfolio encompasses the successful delivery of complex commercial, industrial, and infrastructural developments, underpinned by rigorous adherence to regulatory standards and technical excellence. JAKOB CHONG

Project Director

Jakob Chong is a highly qualified and certified project and construction management professional from Singapore, currently residing and working in Vietnam for the past five years. Fluent in Vietnamese, Jakob has extensive regional experience in directing workplace and retail projects in a career spanning over 15 years, catering to an international clientele that includes L’OREAL, CHANEL, UNIQLO and LMVH.

His expertise spans across diverse industries, and he is known for his strong leadership and ability to bridge cultural and operational gaps in dynamic markets.

Nhan is a registered Vietnamese architect with 10 years of experience in managing workplace and retail projects. Over the course of her career, she has worked with a diverse range of clients, delivering innovative and functional designs that meet both local and international standards.

She is known for her strong project management skills, high standards for workmanship and her ability to create spaces that are both practical and aesthetically impactful.

Ha is a qualified Interior Design with 10 years of experience in designing and managing workplace and retail projects. Over the course of her career, she has worked with a diverse range of clients, delivering innovative and functional designs that meet both local and international standards.

She is known for her strong project management skills, high standards for workmanship, eye for detail and her ability to transform 3D images into actual physical environment which surpasses Client’s expectation.
